Recently, the high-speed rotor – the core component of the steam-electric dual-drive steam turbine independently developed by SINO-QNP – has smoothly completed the high-speed dynamic balancing test and overspeed test at a rated speed of 10,458 r/min. During the tests, the rotor vibration and balancing accuracy indicators all exceeded the design standards.
Adopting an integrally forged drum structure, the rotor integrates core technologies including three-fir-tree root damping blades and optimized labyrinth steam seals, with a balancing accuracy reaching Grade G0.4. Relying on the steam-electric dual-drive technical scheme, the unit can flexibly realize pure steam drive operation, motor power supplementation or power generation operation. It can efficiently adapt to fluctuating steam source conditions, featuring the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, operational flexibility, safety and reliability, and can provide high-end key equipment support for metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other fields.
