Overhaul | Our Company Completes Major Overhaul of a 160MW Steam Turbine Generator Set for a Paper Mill

Recently, our company has successfully completed the major overhaul of a 160MW steam turbine generator set for a paper mill. As the core equipment of the paper mill’s captive combined heat and power (CHP) system, the unit had potential hazards after long-term operation. The project team carried out maintenance on the steam turbine main body, generator and auxiliary systems, resolving issues such as worn flow-path components and excessive vibration. Strict safety and quality controls were implemented throughout the work. After overhaul, all unit parameters meet specifications, and the unit has been successfully put into operation, securing stable steam and power supply for the paper mill.
